Michaeline Winaulin brings eight years of experience in Social Performance across mining projects in Papua New Guinea, with particular expertise in resettlement, community engagement, health and welfare initiatives, and stakeholder communications.
Prior to joining SRA, Michaeline served as a Resettlement Officer with Newmont Ltd, where she managed relocation family data, resolved grievances, and built strong working relationships with local communities, community committees, and external agencies.
She holds a Diploma in Health Service Management from Divine Word University in Papua New Guinea and is fluent in English, Tok Pisin, and her native language.
