John Leeah

John Leeah is a social performance practitioner with experience supporting resettlement and livelihood restoration programs in development and extractive-industry contexts. His work integrates rigorous data collection and management, GIS-based spatial analysis, and the coordination of field teams to deliver practical, evidence-based outcomes and solutions. He has led stakeholder engagement activities with communities in Latin America and Papua New Guinea.

John holds a Master of Arts in Geography and Sustainability Studies from Boston University. His master’s research examined global corporate social investment trends through quantitative analysis of mining sector financial data. He previously served in the United States Coast Guard and is a native English speaker with professional proficiency in Spanish.
