Georgia Johnson is a Social Performance Consultant with 9 years of experience, specialized in International Finance Corporation (IFC) compliant land access and resettlement for the resource extraction industry.
Georgia excels at leading teams to achieve successful social performance outcomes through her passionate and responsive leadership style. She brings over four years of boots-on-the-ground experience planning and implementing locally adapted resettlement and stakeholder engagement projects in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Burundi, Senegal, Mexico and Canada. She has also managed and worked on projects based in Sierra Leone, Burkina Faso, Uganda and Argentina remotely.
