Frankie Dobringer

Frankie is a social performance, land access and resettlement, and human rights specialist with extensive experience working across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. She has guided clients such as Anglo American, ArcelorMittal, and Rio Tinto in the development of resettlement strategies, social performance systems, and emergency preparedness and recovery plans. Her earlier work in humanitarian and development contexts—including crisis response across Lebanon, Syria, and Iraq, and refugee support in Greece—provided her with deep operational expertise in human rights, risk management, conflict sensitivity, and livelihoods recovery.
