Beatriz is a project and operations professional with extensive experience managing complex, multidisciplinary initiatives across design, planning, development, and community-focused sectors. With over a decade of experience, she has led cross-functional teams, aligned diverse stakeholders, and implemented systems that translate strategic objectives into tangible results for both public- and private-sector clients. Beatriz’s work combines analytical precision with collaborative execution, ensuring that each project is grounded in clarity, coordination, and measurable impact.

Her experience includes planning, managing, and executing projects across Canada, as well as guiding organizational transitions and performance improvement initiatives. Beatriz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design from the University of British Columbia, where she graduated with distinction, and has pursued further training in Project Management and Conflict Resolution at the Justice Institute of British Columbia. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
