Cina specialises in stakeholder engagement, data analytics, and sustainable development. He is currently a Master in Public Policy candidate at the Harvard Kennedy School. He has extensive experience leading qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis across various sectors and countries.

Cina also provides a background in livelihoods development, having led strategic planning, training workshops, and monitoring for microenterprises. He approaches social development with a focus on participatory engagement and analytic solutions and has successfully implemented this framework across initiatives in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. Working as a project manager in a diverse array of contexts, he has significant experience managing project design, implementation, and adherence to schedule.

Cina is fluent in English, Spanish, and Farsi.
