Celia is a social and resettlement specialist with experience in a wide range of sectors including transport, energy, renewables, and linear projects. Her work has included the preparation and implementation of resettlement action plans, ESIAs, stakeholder engagement plans and social conflict analysis, all in line with International Standards.
Celia has led several Human Rights Impact Assessments and due diligence processes. She has worked in a variety of geographies, including West Africa, the Middle East, Latin America and Europe.
Celia speaks native Spanish, is bilingual in French and English, and speaks Arabic and German.
